GET /campaigns/{id}/report gives the figures of a campaign, overall and per channel, and what it cost so far. It is refreshed every few minutes. It needs a key with View messages.
Counts
A message that failed counts as failed only, even if it was first accepted (an email accepted, then bounced). So
sent + failed = attempted, and no rate goes over 100.
Rates
Each rate is a percentage on the step before, not on the total:
The
funnel gives the same chain as a list: attempted, delivered, read, responded, intentions, each with its count and its rate on the step before.
Comparison
comparison puts each rate next to its average over your ended campaigns of the same category (or over all your ended campaigns when none has this category yet), with the gap in points:
6.2 means 6.2 points above your average (18.3 % against 12.1 %), not 6.2 % more. gap is null before the first send.
Return
Failures
failures groups the failed messages by motif:
