# Coming soon

> Channels and features on the Shortext roadmap.

These features are in progress. They are not available yet; their names and behavior may change before release.

| Feature | What it will do |
| - | - |
| Gmail and Outlook | Connect a Google or Microsoft mailbox in one click (OAuth), without IMAP / SMTP settings or app passwords. |
| Hosted template builder | A Shortext page, opened from your product, where your clients create WhatsApp templates and submit them to Meta. |
| Instagram and Messenger | Answer Instagram direct messages and Facebook Messenger conversations with your agents. |

Until then:

* connect Gmail and Outlook mailboxes with [IMAP / SMTP](https://docs.shortext.ny-corp.io/channels/mailbox.md);
* create templates in the dashboard, see [WhatsApp templates](https://docs.shortext.ny-corp.io/channels/whatsapp-templates.md).

Want one of these features early? Write to [hello@ny-corp.io](mailto:hello@ny-corp.io).
